After this date, patients can access services by submitting an eConsultation through our website or NHS App. To order repeat prescriptions patients should use Patient Access on line services or NHS App. If you require support over the weekend (including bank holidays) you can still use the eConsult service for self-help and pharmacy advice regarding your condition.

Belvedere Medical Centre is a modern practice providing a comprehensive health care service with an ongoing commitment to healthcare education. We provide this in a well-equipped surgery with a well trained Primary Healthcare team enabling patients to make well informed decisions about their own health. Please turn off your mobile phone before entering the medical centre, as this disturbs staff and patients and may also interfere with medical equipment.

Please let us know if you change your mobile number. The practice is included in the area overseen by NHS South East London whose main reception is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Doctors & Staff
Report
The practice is able to request an interpretation service by prior request.
This will require at least one weeks' notice to arrange as this is an external service provided by Bexley CCG.
The trainees, as part of their training will be making video recordings of some of their consultations; this is a very useful teaching tool.
You may be asked for your permission to video your consultation with one of the doctors.
You, of course, have the right to decline and any refusal will have no implications on the way you are treated or which doctor you see.
Patient Group
Report
We encourage membership through posters in the waiting room and in our New Patient information pack.
We have a notice on the PPG notice board and we actively encourage and welcome new members to attend our PPG meetings.
A high proportion of our patients are of working age so it is difficult to arrange meetings at a mutually agreeable time, however, we would be willing to accommodate meetings in the evening if there was a demand for it.
We discussed the results of the 2012/13 patients survey at length and identified a perceived need to advertise opening hours more prominently.
