Services
GP Consultations
Our qualified GPs provide comprehensive medical consultations for acute and chronic conditions. Patients can access face-to-face, video, or telephone appointments through our online triage system. The practice maintains rigorous clinical standards with regular peer reviews and continuing professional development.
Online Triage
Our integrated digital platforms enable secure online medical requests and symptom assessments. Patients can submit non-urgent queries through RapidHealth, PATCHS, or Accurx systems, receiving responses within one working day. This service reduces phone congestion while maintaining clinical safety protocols.
Prescription Management
We offer streamlined prescription ordering through the NHS App and online systems. Patients receive medications from nominated pharmacies within 3-5 working days. Our pharmacists provide expert advice on medication usage and side effects, with regular prescription reviews ensuring appropriate treatment.
Home Visits
Medical assessments for housebound patients are available through pre-booked home visits. Our GPs evaluate whether home treatment is appropriate, considering patient mobility and clinical requirements. Visits require prior telephone consultation to ensure proper resource allocation and patient safety.
Medical Training
As an established teaching practice, we host medical students and trainees to support clinical education. Patients may encounter students during consultations, though participation is voluntary. This contributes to maintaining high educational standards while ensuring patient care remains our priority.
